Linda the Sweet Girl

We adopted Sheila in December 2010. She has quickly become an integral part of our family. She loves walk, playing frisbee, and being around other people and dogs. We feel very fortunate to have found Sheila. She is a wonderful dog and loyal family companion. We recently celebrated her first birthday. As you can see by the "smile" on her face, it appears as though she is as happy with her new family, as we are with her! Thank you for helping us find such a great pet!

Louie the Cocker Apso

We took Louie (now Wiski) to the vet yesterday, the vet said he is healthy, he has hear infection but not too bad. We gave him a bath last night, he looks even cuter now, but he is not used to the hair dryer and tried to attack it. He is doing excelent with potty training (no accidents) he is awesome at walking on a leash. He also did an excelent job waking up my son this morning, he jumped on his bed. My Dad loves him already, Wiski follows him everywhere. Junie is not too happy about him, she has been the princess all this time, she ignores him is soooo funny!! I know she will get used to him. Last night she went to my room to sleep on her bed and a few minutes later he laid on her side but not too close, this morning both of them were still there....

Lady the Blue Eyed Beauty

Just an update, Lady is doing amazing! I changed her name to Noelani, Lani for short, which means beauty in Hawaiian. Lani lives at home with me and is constantly wanting to play! What energy this dog has!!! She is such a love to be around and has opened up so much, she loves to be around people and kids. I have another dog, Rambo, and they just get along so well. They chase each other from one side of the house to the other! They keep me on my toes. She is doing so fantastic! What a change in this dog, she is so loving and comforting, and when she wants to play, she plays!!! She is in great health and is just loving life! Thank you for a wonderful dog! Ashly

Lilly the Lab

Hi, I saw Lilly today on the Local 6 broadcast and she sounded like the perfect dog for me. I adopted Lilly today and I can't tell you how happy I am. What a wonderful dog. She is exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you so much. And a special thank you to Amanda and all the volunteers at Oviedo Market Place who were there today. Lola the German Shepherd

I wanted to let the foster family know that it really shows the amount of work they put into fostering her. She is wonderful. The whole neighborhood adores her and knows her name. She gets along great with the cats especially the black and white one shown - Dexter. She loves her walks, visiting the work place, the kids in the neighborhood, chasing squirrels in the backyard, rooting for acorns and eating them, car rides, and the couch. She even alerted me one evening of a stranger lurking in the bushes while we were walking that I hadn't seen. The guy immediately turned around and headed the opposite direction. She is such a good girl and a great addition to the family. Kristen
