Now, while 99% of the people who took home those puppies are probably nice people who will take good care of their new family member, "free to good home" ads and giveaways are where dog fighting rings often find their bait animals. Piggly Wiggly was the only one left when our friend came by, so she scooped him up just in case one of those not-nice people came along.
