Jasper was found and brought to the vet to check for chip.  Good news that he was chipped, but the bad news is the family did not want him back. We are not sure what happened to him, other than he was in a fight with another dog and Jasper's left foot was injured.  The family surrendered him over to the vet, and after receiving medical attention, he was placed with PRBJ.
