Foster Update - 4/28/13 - Mustache is a total doll! It is astounding to see how far he's come since being rescued from a hoarding situation. From the day we brought Mustache into our home, he hid for three weeks. I didn't even know if he was eating because he was doing such a great job at being completely invisible. Finally I decided to leave his bedroom door open one day to see what he would do, and it was like he transformed into a totally different cat. Mustache is loving, affectionate, clingy, playful, and absolutely entertaining. He sleeps with us every single night, cuddled up to either myself or my husband, making sure that he gets as close to our bodies as he possibly can. He follows me around the house all day long begging for a belly rub or looking to play. Mustache is a little bit of a bully so he might do best in a home where he can be the Alpha or only cat. He actually gets on smashingly well with my boys (feline, that is) for the most part, but he certainly is the instigator if there is a little scrape. I have a two-year-old human child and Mustache loves him! They take naps together or play with bouncy balls on the back porch. All in all, this guy is a darling little cat who would make a wonderful companion for any family.
