If only they could speak....  We are not sure how Milo ended up in this horrible condition, but he was rescued from Craigs List. His owner put him on there so someone/anyone would just take him. From what we understand, he was taken care of, and then the owner left him with her mother and she put sweet Milo in the garage.  Here, he was not cared for at all and possibly abused. 
 Milo is housetrained, would prefer to be the only pet in the home, no cats, she is shy at first.  Until we evaluate him further,  we are not reccommending a home with children.
