Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families. We invite you to read along with us. If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going! We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.
Hi Colleen,. I'm so proud of her and she has grown( from 22 Lbs. to 30 Lbs.) and is a very good puppy. She LOVES her yard and pool so much...she's so good with my grandchildren and she gets a little depressed when they go home so I take her to the doggie park in Titusville. She LOVES it there and loves riding in the car!!! She did have 1 problem that I wasn't sure how to handle. When she is excited after playing she would jump and bite my arms!!!! It was horrible!!! She has a thing about towels also!!! If I throw a towel around me after swimming she would jump up and snip on my arms!!! Between me and my 13 year old granddaughter who can cast a spell of calmness on her she has greatly improved!!! Plus the dogs in the doggie park have taught her not to puppy bite, WHEW!!! She just got a clean bill of health from the vet and up to date on shots. I know how many pups have come and gone through your organization since I adopted Roxy but I wish you could see her. I'm glad I didn't give up on her because I was really nervous about the biting. I was about to go to Doglando with her and some people from the doggie park helped me to understand her better. It was difficult but she was worth it!!!I love her so much. Thank you!
