Roxy is doing great!! The first night we brought her home she kept roaming the house and wouldn’t play with any of the toys that we had gotten her. She insisted on sleeping in the laundry room. By Friday; she started considering her self as part of our family. She has a bed in the Family room and in our bedroom; when she sees us getting ready for bed; she gets on hers. She is very loving and enjoys our walks. Tomorrow she has a Vet appointment and will get started on Heartworm and flea medicines. I am attaching some pictures of our Christmas together. Roxie rescued us when she was 8 years old. We were hesitant to add an older dog to our family but it was love at first sight. She has brought so much unconditional love and joy to our family. As she ages , she has slowed down but can still muster alot of energy when the Grandkids visit.
