Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families. We invite you to read along with us. If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going! We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.
we adopted
Moto
, we renamed her Uthando, 7 years ago from you.
She is doing well... her instinct when she has to help is so precious , I work with the deaf and hard of hearing at an elementary school, I had one of my students for a summer to work with and she was and still is very protective of him when he comes over.
She and our friends down the street has play dates... if we can’t make it to play we not aloud to mention Bella nameï¸ She will stand at the door and ring the bell until you open it and go and show her Bella isn’t home.
She loves to swim with the boys, she also thinks she is in charge of the pool cleaner
She is amazing with younger dogs, my sons girlfriend has a little dachshund ... the two of them are inseparable, Uthando even got her to swim with her.
We as a family just love her so much...it took almost a year for her to trust us completely.
