We adopted Mykey (we've since changed it to Mikey) from you guys 3 years ago. He has turned out to be every bit as wonderful as his original description. We live in Ohio now...on a farm. He has the run of the farm and a pond to play in. He actually fishes! He stands stock still shoulder high in the water and waits for the fish to swim by. Then he tries to catch them! He hasn't had any luck. He learned the technique from the dog next door...she never had any luck either. It's fun to watch though! He is as happy a dog as I have ever seen. We love him dearly! Thanks again for all you do!
The first pic we have of Mikey was taken 11 years ago at your shelter two days before we brought him home. It popped up on my FB feed this morning. Just want to say thank you again for bringing us together. He is just the best and is still a happy healthy doggo, albeit 11 years older now. We’ve lived on a farm in Ohio for about ten years now and he spends his days swimming, playing, and enjoying life. You all are the best! Thank you for all you do!
