Jasper is settling in well. He slept last night next to my side on his little bed with his blanket. We walked around our neighborhood yesterday and he did fantastic. Walked him last night. This morning I walked him at 5 am before I had to get ready for work. He's doing great. Here he is being my co-worker this morning.
Just dropping a note for Mabel's (f/k/a Lucille) for her 2nd gotcha day. She is very happy and content with us. She is spoiled and loved, just as she should be!
She loves sunbathing.
And she loves her bed and sleeping. She is a serious couch potato, but happy to be a couch potato!
I wanted to share this photo with you all. It's very special because it's the first time in 6 months since
Jeri
rescued us that we found both cats in close proximity, without any display of aggression.
These are two beautiful cats' that have struggled to find peace with one another but time is slowly closing the rift and this photo is a significant milestone!
With the help of Tammy and our vet we have had great advice and resources that supported us and made this moment possible.

is both happy and healthy, and brings the sunshine into our home every single day!
