Nico the Loving Rottie/ Shepard Mix

I must say looking back at last year when my husband brought me to the mall to show me Neiko I was apprehensive about even walking into the store. I was still hurting over the loss of my Jessie. I never felt I could love a dog as much as I loved her. Well Neiko has changed my feelings, he is loved just as much. He has brought much joy, and the big guy thinks he is a puppy and likes to lay in our laps etc. He is still crazy about his ball, which we play with everyday. I feel so bad when it rains and he can’t play outside. He makes me feel guilty! What a character he is. He is so loving and loves to cuddle as you can see from the picture. We take him everywhere we go…even Disney. We went there for the day and boarded him at the Disney kennel for the day, I told him he was going to see Pluto..lol … Thank you to all of you at the pet rescue, I just look at him and wonder who could of left him to die. I love my Boy!!!! PS.. Notice his ball in the picture.

Nutmeg the Hound Puppy

Hi my name is Monica. I rescued Nutmeg (now renamed Meg) sometime around thanksgiving 2011. I was looking to send pictures and an update. She is doing very well and has made the perfect addition to my family. She loves sleeping on pillows and shaking hands but she hates to get her paws wet! She has been the best dog I could ever ask for. Thank you so much for everything you all do! Meg is sure a charmer and everyone she meets wants to take her home! Nicky the Snuggler

Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that Nicky, now called Zuki, is doing great! I've never met a cat that loves to play as much as he does! He will carry his favorite toys, no matter how well used they are, around the house. Sometimes he even brings his "wands" onto the bed when I'm sleeping and places them on my hand. We have daily play sessions. He loves a good challenge, so I try and keep things entertaining for him. We have a tunnel of pillows on one couch that he likes to race through. As you can see from the photo attached, he gets along very well with my elderly cat, Romeo. They will sometimes sleep together in the afternoon with their heads touching. He is a great pleasure to behold and I feel honored to be part of his life.

Napa the Gentle & Loving Boy

Thank you so much for approving our app to adopt Napa. We took him home yesterday and he seems to be adjusting very well. Napa is now known as Jake. My son was able to brush him and Jake just rolled over on his back and had all 4 paws in the air. Jake ( NAPA ) is such a sweet kitty and we just love him so much already. We bought him a new cat condo ( 3 levels ) and this am when I left for work he followed me to the door then I have an appt on saturday to take him to the cat hospital in Altamonte for his first check up. Nayden the Dachshund/Aussie Mix

Bobbie- Thank you very much for your help and interest in Nayden. I am now calling him "Dundee" :). He is really fantastic and we have had a great holiday weekend together. He is really fantastic for probably not having had much training or socialization. He loves everyone and everything and is curious, attentive, and a fast learner. I am so happy that we found each other, I just adore him! Thank you again! Jennifer
