Candie the Valentine's Day Pup

I just wanted to send you some pictures of Millie (her name was Candie at PRBJ) She will be 3 months this week. We have had so much fun together this last month and she has learned so many things- sit, stay, down, roll over, how to walk on a leash, and how to be good in her crate. She is getting along great with her cat-brothers and has adjusted very well to her new home. She loves going on walks and to the park and is good pretty much everywhere I take her. She especially likes to go to the "dog-mall" (aka Petsmart) and pick out toys and meet other dogs. She has just been such a joy to have around and I am really thankful for your help finding her. HI SUSAN, ON 12/27/2010 I ADOPTED PEPPER SHE WAS 2YRS AND 2 MOS. OLD, I JUST WANTED TO GET BACK WITH YOU AND LET YOU KNOW HOW WELL PEPPER IS GETTING ALONG, SHE HAS ADJUSTED REALLY WELL AND IS A VERY HAPPY PUPPY. SOMEWHAT SPOILED AND I LOVE HER SO MUCH , YES SHE NEEDS ALL KINDS OF ATTENTION AND SHE GETS IT. SHE EATS VERY GOOD AND GETS ALONG WITH AUGGIE GREAT PLUS LOVES MY CAT KILLER, SHE BARKS IF KILLER IS OUTSIDE TO LET ME KNOW SHE WANT TO COME IN. PEPPER IS VERY SMART AND LEARNS WELL, SHE SLEEPS IN HER STROLLER EACH NITE & LETS ME KNOW WHEN ITS BEDTIME. SHE IS A JEWEL....I KNOW YOU HAVE A LOT OF DOGS GO OUT OF THERE SHE IS A CHIHUAHUA/YORKIE MIX. SHE IS NOW 2YRS 4 MONTHS.. She is truly delightful and spends a great deal of her time with Fr.Al at the Palazzo Di Oro (Assisted Living Facility) Cassey is the star of the show therefore she receives all of this unconditional love from the residents.

Chedder the Dobie Mix Puppy

Nakoa (formerly Cheddar) is our 3rd family member adopted through you guys and I had to say we couldn't be happier. He was incredibly skittish when we got him, therefore thought we should pick-out a name to help him along and decided on Nakoa, which is brave (boy's name) in Hawaiian. Actually we couldn’t make up our mind on his name considering our two cats that were also adopted from PetRescuebyJudy are name Gato (formerly Stripes) and Katze (formerly Stars) (Spanish and German for cat) so we named him Nakoa Aso (Aso is Pilipino for dog) but he lovingly goes by Nakoa. A little over a month has passed since we got him and he is now a confident, happy and very well behaved young boy. I’m also glad to see his little sister Tinkle was adopted.

Celery the Bulldog Puppy

Here's an update on Celery: After lots of debate, I decided to keep the name Celery- it's funny and different just like him. Since adopting him just over 2 months ago, a lot has changed. Celery is growing like crazy and weighs 40 lbs. I have been fortunate to work with an excellent dog trainer that was listed on your information sheet. Since working with Todd Langston, Celery has become a model puppy. Where ever I take him, people always remark on how well behaved he is. He walks on a leash, never jumps on people or furniture, and comes when he is called. Thanks to Todd, Celery is great with children and all other dogs. Celery loves the dog park, the beach, and he loves to swim and play fetch. Celery has added so much joy and happiness to my life, and my friends and family love him too! This is the first dog I have adopted, and I would highly recommend it to any animal lover! Thanks for letting me adopt such an awesome dog!!!!! Robin
