Jagger was found in Georgia behind a resturant. He was rescued minutes before animal control arrived to take him. This lucky dog needs a forever home.

He has found a foster who reports great stuff on Jagger:
01/05
I brought Jagger home from the adoption center yesterday.  He slept on a dog bed and I slept on the couch.  He tried to get up on the couch with me a couple of times, but understood the word NO. He is definitely a snuggler and will get close to you every chance he gets.  Today he crawled up on the lawn chair with me while I was sunning.  Jagger walks well on a leash.  He does not pull.  At the dog park he stayed close to me even while off the leash. He seemed disinterested around the other dogs and a bit timid. I get the feeling he has not had many opportunities to play with ‘friends’. He is very friendly with people.  He was well behaved at Pet Supermarket. We had a bath with the hose in the back yard.  I would not say Jagger liked it, but he tolerated it well.  Jagger ‘marked his territory’ in the house once in the evening yesterday and again this morning.  It has not happened again.  He has taken two bones into the back yard and I cannot find them to save my life.  Maybe this is his version of hide and seek.

Jagger had a condition called "entropion." It's when the lower eyelid folds inward. Left untreated, it can cause damage to the cornea and a dog could lose the eye. It's very common in certain breeds, and sometimes it's caused by injury. In Jagger's case, we're not sure which of these it is. The good news is that it's easily correctable with a minor procedure, which he had done just a few days after coming to us. It will not affect his vision, and it will probably make him a happier dog: imagine how much pain he was probably in, with something constantly poking him in the eye!
