Unfortunately, this beautiful cat was returned to us.  His owner was not able to care for him anylonger.   Carl is so depressed now and would love to go home again.   When he was in foster his foster mom had this to say about him:

"Carl is mostly grey and white which spots of beautiful gold and tan markings. He is almost 5-years old and front declawed. He is extremely clean, very friendly and loves being around people.  He never hides (unless the vacuum comes out) and will always chill on any floor in any room.  He doesn’t jump up on counters, tables or furniture.  He doesn’t even jump on the couch .  He just lays sprawled out on his back, front paws crossed, and relaxes!  He is not fussy about food or litter.  Carl LOVES to be brushed and purrs so loudly when he is!      Mr. Carl likes to sit and look out the window during the day.  Probably wishing he could chase the squirrels!   He really is the perfect pet!"

Carl likes to stay indoors and does get a little scared if there are too many other animals around, so he would be great as a single cat or in a home with  one other mellow cat.
