Description:
This fur ball most definitely needs to find herself an only cat household. Most precious cat in the world, that is until there is a second four-legged creature in the room at the same time. Quite vocal and physically striking; both traits in this little one that can be avoided by letting the sole attention be flooded upon this feline alone. I sometimes get updates on the cats from our lovely volunteers who care for them. Allow me to share:
05/05 update :
"Limbo... I could tell she didn't want to come out so when I put everyone away, I took her out. WOW.. she's a lover!!!!!!!! She mushed herself in my arms and just melted. She's a sweetie pie! I sat with her for a good 20 minutes. Didn't want to put her back, but I was there for over 2 hours!"
05/15 update:
I think Limbo is the perfect, quintessential lap cat. Could spend the rest of her natural life sitting on your lap and purring her little head off. She's perfect for someone who wants a completely mellow gal to cuddle with."
5/16 Update:
"Limbo is without a doubt the best lap cat ever! She sat in my lap yesterday for such a long time just loving to be loved. She is so unbelievably mellow and laid back - she rocks!"
5/22 update:
I've had Limbo since Sunday, and just in that short time, it's obvious this kitty needs to be the only pet in the house. She refuses to come out of the bathroom (where I initially put her until she and my dog could get used to each other's scents) and hisses at my dog whenever he gets too close to her. But she's perfectly happy with me. Every time I visit her in the bathroom, she immediately starts purring and kneading her paws on her cushy bed. When I lean my head over toward her face, she rubs her head against me. She also likes to get up on the counter and rub up against me while I'm getting ready. I think she will be such a love to someone or a family she can have all to herself! :) Oh - and she has the SOFTEST fur!!! Such a sweet girl!
5/27 update:
Limbo finally decided to brave the dog and venture out of the bathroom.. Her new favorite hangout spot is my laundry basket (see photo)! She still keeps her distance while roaming free (because of the dog), but she's all about the love when it's just she and I one on one. As soon as walk into the bathroom in the morning, she starts kneading her front paws, purring and talking to me. Then she proceeds to rub up against my legs as I brush my teeth. She's such a sweet cat, and I know she would be an awesome family addition (and be happier) if she could get all the attention (without any other four-legged friends). Can you give her that?!
