Foster update: 2/5/12: Roxy is a very pretty and sweet cat.  She likes to be in the room where there are people. She likes to sit on the couch next to you and will let you pet her til she falls asleep!  My 3 kids love her and Roxy doesn't mind so much when my 9 yr old picks her up and carries her around for a little while.  She  makes a great pet and companion!

A young, petit classic orange tabby and white kitty, Roxy was discovered in downtown College Park, begging for scraps in Albert Park.  Sweet and friendly, Roxy was fragile and hungry, but has turned around in just a few days and is ready to find a permanent home.

Soft, beautiful and engaging, Roxy will charm everyone she meets, and is hopeful to soon find that special someone who will offer her a permanent home.
