Description:

Foster Update - Week Ending Oct 17: Kitty Kat has adjusted very well from day one to her new foster home.

She would be a fun addition to any type of home whether it be a family, a couple or a single person.
She is also fine with cats and dogs (I have a Golden Lab and another foster cat).

Kitty Kat loves to be around you. She like to explore the house. She uses her scratch post (a must have for this cat) and likes her bed. She is good with using the litter as well.
In addition to all of that, this cat is absolutely gorgeous. She is a petite little girl who will make any home complete.

Foster (New) Update 10/2/11: Kitty Kat didn’t take long to settle in with me and my dog. She rules the roost. She is very playful and active and likes to follow me around and sit with me. My Golden Lab loves her. She is not a big eater and likes to clean herself – I suppose that is why she is so pretty. Her fur is so soft too. She looks like a caramel cream.
I was pleasantly surprised that her claws do not present a problem at all. She uses her scratching post a lot which is great.  I think Kitty Kat would be a great companion to anyone – a single person, a couple or a family. She adjusted very quickly and has a very outgoing personality. She has a very unique meow as well that is popular with the volunteers who know her (and love her).  Her petite frame makes her appear to be very young but at 4 years old – you know what you get with Kitty Kat. She’s a lover, an entertainer and a beauty queen all wrapped up in one.  A good alternate name if someone were to adopt her would be “Orphan Annie”.

Foster Update 09/18/11:

I have been fostering Kitty Kat for a week and she is a DOLL!  Besides being beautiful and incredibly soft, she is very affectionate and likes to talk to you!  She is unsure of my small dogs but is now venturing downstairs to check them out.  If you want a lap cat or a cat to keep you company...this is your dream cat!

Volunteer Update 05.01.11:  When I was at the event today to take photos of the PRBJ animals, Kitty Kat could not get enough attention!  She just wanted me to pet her.  She appeared to be very affectionate.
