Ravenna's companion, Rochelle (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
Description: Isn't Ravenna elegant looking. You would think that she is the result of some careful breeding and been raised in the lap of luxury. And you would be wrong. She was born in the feral colony at Red Bug Lake Park and lived in the wild for the first six months of her life. Fortunately for her, some very special people have taken it upon themselves to make sure the cats there do not starve to death. As a result, Ravenna had a pretty darn good impression of "two-legged creatures." That made it easier for these good folks to introduce her to phase two. They caught her, had her tested, brought up to date on shots and spayed. Then they gave her to us to adopt out. They've done a mighty thing indeed. Ravenna, seen in some of these photos with her colony friend, Rochelle, has quickly adjusted to domestic life. She has found her motor and is learning to work the room with her purr. Where as once she only loved people for the food they provided, she now loves them for the shelter, entertainment and love they share.
