It takes a special person to adopt a special needs cat. Once people hear I am special needs, it is like a door in their mind closes. I don't even consider myself 'special needs', just special. I don't require any medicine or extra attention, my owner just needs to keep me healthy. But then again, shouldn't every responsible cat owner keep their baby healthy?
