Meet Scooter!

Scooter is an adorable Yorkshire Terrier mix who came to Pet Rescue By Judy from an overcrowded shelter in another part of Florida. He made the journey to Central Florida with the hope of finding a loving forever home—and he’s ready to steal some hearts!

At around two years old, Scooter is still very playful and full of happy energy. He loves attention and would do best with a family or individual who can give him plenty of love, affection, and quality time. His cheerful personality makes him a fun and loyal companion.

Weighing in at under 10 pounds, Scooter is the perfect portable pup—easy to take along on outings, errands, or cozy adventures. Whether you’re looking for a cuddle buddy or a little dog with a big personality, Scooter could be the one for you.

Important Information for New Puppy Parents

Welcoming a new dog into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.

We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.

**Dogs thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success.
