Coco is a senior lady who is looking for a comfy home. She lost everyone and everything at age 16. She has a surprising amount of energy for her age and loves to walk/pace. Coco loves the yard, but her outdoor time should be limited to the less-hot parts of the day. New owners need to maintain regular grooming appts to keep her coat pretty and mat-free.   She also has been having weekly medicated baths due to the skin infection she had when she first arrived.
   Coco is not a huge fan of being picked up, but does allow it. She did not even want to be touched or petted when she first arrived to her foster home, but as she has adjusted, she is enjoying more petting and attention. Coco is housetrained and has only had a few accidents. She will bark when she has to go out. Her hearing is excellent, but her eyesight is limited, especially in dim light or at night.  She has a voice and is not afraid to use it to let you know when she wants or needs something, so no apartments or shared wall housing please! 

Coco's foster tried oh so many different foods trying to find something she would eat.   What she will eat is Moist n Meaty.   She even was turning her nose up at boiled chicken after a meal or two but not the Moist n Meaty!    She does like a dab of plain yogurt or cottage cheese as well.
