Meet Lunah – Your Loyal, Lovable Lapdog Looking for Her Forever Home

  Say hello to Lunah, a sweet and spunky blonde Chihuahua who is about 4½ years old. With her soulful eyes and charming personality, Lunah has a lot of love to give—and she’s hoping to find a forever family who has just as much love to give in return.

 Lunah is housebroken, friendly with dogs, cats, and children, and has even been around little ones as young as one year old without any issues. She’s a well-rounded pup who would be a great addition to a variety of homes!

 Like many Chihuahuas, Lunah loves being with her people . She thrives in a home where someone is around most of the time. She does not do well when left alone in a kennel—when confined and left by herself, she will bark nonstop. Unfortunately, this behavior led to her being surrendered, as it caused conflicts in her previous apartment setting while her owners were at work. Because of this, Lunah would be best suited for someone who works from home and can spend a lot of quality time with her.   She needs a fenced backyard to romp and play in and another dog her energy and size would be idea l!

 She’s slightly overweight, so she’d truly benefit from a family that enjoys daily walks and healthy routines. Lunah loves to go for walks and is very energetic so helping her get the exercise she needs should be easy. 

 Lunah isn’t picky about food—actually, she loves it a little too much—so she’ll need some guidance to stay fit and fabulous. The good news? She’s happy to accompany you on a stroll or two to keep those extra pounds off!

 Lunah also enjoys bath time and doesn’t mind being pampered. She’s truly a little sweetheart who just wants to be near her humans and feel safe and loved.

  We’re incredibly grateful to our amazing partners at the Aloft Hotel, who have opened their hearts and doors to foster dogs like Lunah. While staying at the hotel, Lunah is cared for daily by the wonderful staff, who make sure she’s loved, exercised, and comfortable.

  The Aloft team truly becomes part of each dog’s journey — they learn their personality, provide thoughtful care, and even advocate for their adoption. Guests staying at the hotel also get the bonus of a furry friend to spend time with, which helps dogs like Lunah feel extra loved while waiting for their forever home.

  Lunah has become a favorite among the staff and guests alike — she’s affectionate, polite, and enjoys hanging out in the lobby or going for walks around downtown.
