Lady Lucy came to PRBJ after a hit and run accident. She was taken to the vet and then surrendered over to PRBJ due to the cost of medical care.

Lady went into  foster with Judy and has been recuperating. She takes short walks in the fenced in yard, enjoys belly rubs, gives kisses and high 5's:) For now, she will need to stay quiet and have regular vet checks. It is a miracle that she is walking. Lucy is the best dog ever!
