Pica was found by someone out walking their dog.  The dog seemed concerned about sniffing an area and would not allow owner to pull away.  Soon the owner of the dog realized a tiny kitten was hissing at them.  So the person used their jacket to pick up and bring into PRBJ.  Pica is a spicy little girl kitten that is being given lots of attention hoping to help her with socialization
