Charlie's owner could no longer care for him due to her declining health. She brought Charlie to PRBJ so we could help care for him and find him a foreer home.
Charlie enjoyw playing with all dogw . He does bark when there is a noise at the door, so he would not a good fit for apartment living. With his age and size, a quiet adult home would be best.
