Rose and her sibling Bud were found in a garbage can.  The man who found them thankfully surrendered them to us, but he also had them in the trunk of his car in a box with a hot dog.    From the photos below you can see they were infested with fleas, there was much blood coming off the kittens due to fleas. They are both very sweet, friendly and litterbox trained.
