Herbie is a super relaxed and goofy older gentleman. Herbie was adopted from a high kill shelter and then his family moved out of state leaving him with a family friend. Unfortunately, the family friend could not keep Herbie and reached out to Judy to see if she could assist. Herbie loves to play with toys. He is dog friendly, however, he does not like sharing his toys, so if there are other pets in his home he would need to play separately or have a toy free household.
