Description: No, Tinkerbell does not have a yellow eye - she is yet another victim of our flash camera! She is very loving once she is over her natural caution! Her foster mom said that she is "very friendly, also a lap cat, loves neck rubs; also loves kids!" Read this wonderful diary from her foster family: June 17th - I am very glad that I decided to foster Tinkerbell! It took her about 8 hrs to finally get up the courage to come out of her pet carrier, but she has been slowly getting to know my two other cats and dogs throughout the day today. I know that after another day or so she will be a lot more comfortable. June 19th - Her page indicates that she does not get along with dogs, but I believe that this information is incorrect. After a few days she has been warming up to my two dogs and they seem to be getting along so far. Tinkerbell is just very afraid of everything in general, and will gladly hide under a bed for an entire day until she feels that it is ok to come out and take a look around. She has been much more playful these past two days with my male cat, whom follows her around all the time. Overall, Tinkerbell is just a complete sweetheart that requires a lot a patience and love. June 21st - Tinkerbell is finally back to normal! She had been running around my house, playing with my animals, eating, drinking, and following me around everywhere. She is so sweet and loves to be rubbed all over! She is still a bit cautious with new people, but that's perfectly normal. This cat gets along great with dogs and other cats and loves people. She is a doll! June 29th - Tink is coming along so well. She has been running around my house and playing with my other two cats and dogs all day and night. She is very vocal, and just loves constant attention and getting her butt rubbed. The pix of her do her no justice though, for she is actually quite a beautiful cat, with several different colors running through her furr. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her because she just so sweet and loving. She would be perfect in the care of an older couple with at least one other cat.
Do you see why we love our foster families so much? They give our pets a resting place where they can rediscover who they are!!! We have received a special designated donation that will allow Tinkerbell to be adopted by a senior citizen for only $25. Thank you to our wonderful donator!!!
