Description:

What can we say about beautiful Mia?   Mia was owner surrendered to us along with 3 dogs.  Mia was never fixed or had much medical done at all.  We had taken Mia to the vet to get fixed only to discover that she has a heart murmur but that is not all.    She had a  blood test  done that alerted the vet she possibly has FIP.    There is no cure for FIP and she should be the only cat in the home.   She was taken back to the vet to get fixed and made it through that and her labs were better.   So it is like a waiting game.   Mia is the most beautiful girl around.   She is so friendly, loves belly rubs and stuffed toys to wrap her little arms around.    Mia would benefit greatly in a foster/owner home as the only cat and with an experienced individual that will know how to care for her .    She has put on weight which is a plus.    If Mia found a foster home we would still be responsible for her medical, food, litter, and anything else she needs.  You honestly have never met such a friendly cat as her.   If anyone is interested in fostering please put an application in.    Also, google FIP to get a better understanding.   But also remember it is not a definite diagnosis.
