Remy was owner surrendered to PRBJ. His owner worked many hours and Remy was left alone in a cage.  Remy is housetrained, likes other dogs, cats, and children.   He is very playful and enjoys going on walks. Remy does know some commands like sit, lay down, and rollover. When guests come over at first he gets hyper but calms down quickly.

Remy spent a couple of nights with a family and this is what they had to say about him "

Remy is a very sweet, boisterous pup. He has a lot of energy and would do well with a fenced yard, so he could run and let off some steam. He's a bit of a jumper, but not in an aggressive way. He'd actually be perfect for agility training because he's a great vaulter.
He walks well on a leash, although he does tug a little, especially when he sees squirrels or other dogs out walking. We didn't have anyone over while he was with us, but he did greet some of our neighbors and other walkers very sweetly while we were out walking. He did occasionally bark at people walking past our house, but not in an angry way, more just saying hi.
He did well with our kids, even our very petite 4 year old. I'm not sure he would do well in a household with smaller animals, including cats. He was very interested in our guinea pigs and bunny.
We did not have an issue with him taking food off of counters or tables, even though he's tall enough to easily reach. He does follow simple commands, such as "sit" and "down," and for the most part when we were going through doors, he was good with "stay." He is very young, still, with more training and practice I think he'd be great with following instructions.
He's a little aggressive with tug of war toys, so if you've got small kids in the house, maybe avoid those types of toys. He thoroughly enjoys shredding plush type toys, and he loves cuddling up on the couch with people.
