Harper is a sweet little girl with a love for squeeky toys. She is  a little nibbly, so we think she would be best in a family with older children (if any). She came from a kill shelter where she was found as a stray. She is a happy dog with a big heart and lots of kisses to give. She would benefit from some basic trainig to help her gain confidence.
