Chatter was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter.   Chatter is very sweet, litter boxed trained good with other cat's.  Her photo was taken the day she came in and she looks so sad.  Her and her friend Danielle were both rescued by our facility today. She is new at our facility and we will evaluate her behavior once she get's settled in.
