9-19-20 Update: Sadie is a strong walker on a leash, and is not good with other dogs...but is good with cats:) She is a sweet girl and loves her belly rubbed! She would do well with kids ages 6 and up as long...but keep in mind that young kids should not walk a dog as they are strong and can pull a youngster off their feet.
5/22 Foster update: Sadie loves being petted and getting belly rubs. She enjoys going on walks, and we are working with her on leash manners as she sees a walk as an adventure to "see and smell new things," rather than just walk to go potty she does not pull your arm off to go after another dog or person, she just likes being out and smelling this and smelling that.
Sadie enjoys time in the yard. We have a narrow backyard, and she runs up and down and up and down, and sometimes will even bump into you as she runs. SADIE WILL NEED A FENCED YARD. She is not a jumper or a barker or a digger.
Sadie would benefit from a family who will involve her in their daily activities and outdoor time. She also then loves to just cuddle and hang out on the couch with you.
Although we do not have children, with Sadie's sweet and loving disposition, we think she do fine and enjoy having kids in her new home.
