Here is my “ review” of Remi after we fostered her for a week:

Remi is a ball of energy! She listens really well and is willing to learn ( taught her to sit in 2 days). Have to be tricky to get her in the crate ( we switched time between her and our dog). She loves long walks and is very curious about everything.. Remi loves to play ( still a puppy), but our “old man” ( 13 yr old Doxie) wasn’t in the mood. I actually saw this dog bound like a rabbit or deer - happy girl! On walks, we never experienced any aggression from her, more curiosity. Reminder - she IS a hunting dog and she is very aware of movement, and can distract easily As we found out, she adores shoes and socks. She is a puppy at heart - thinks she is 10 lbs and wants in your lap - but once you tell her no, she will back off. Once you look into her eyes, you will be in love- beautiful amber eyes. Then there are those special moments when she just wants to be petted and loved-on, those are the best.
Remi would do best in a house with another dog who wants to play along with an active household( hiking, running, etc..) She does pull on a leash when walked but will respond to correction.

Remi was found as a stray in very poor condition and was taken to Sumter County Animal Control.  She was so weak, emaciated, and muscle wasted. Animal control took very good care of Remi and got her healthy again:)

Judy was asked to take this sweetheart, and now it is her turn to find the perfect home with love. Remi plays with our one eyed St Bernard and was running with our little female doggie. Good in kennel, no accidents wants to run and play and love you,  Judy
