Description:

Foster update 9/20/19:   We fostered Rusty for a few days.   He is quite cautious with people at first and needs some time to warm up, more so with men.    Then he seems to bond quickly and really wants to be with his people.   He is not a fan of crates.   He can jump quite high and is very fast!  I do not have a frisbee so don't know if he likes them but he would be awesome!   He also is cautious with other dogs at first.     I do not think he should be in a household with young children.   He absolutely loves car rides.

Rusty and daughter Dixie and Dixie's mom Carmella were owners surrendered.   Carmella and Rusty were used for breeding.   Their nails were very very long and they are all very scared.     The previous owner did tell us that she is housetrained and crate trained, likes other dogs, good with children. Due to their sizes, we do not feel small toddler children would be a good match with them.    She like likes to play ball.  Right now Carmella is very scared and will growl at you and possibly show her your teeth.   Once she is established in a home and not so scared she will be fine.   They have all been through so much.  If you are interested in one, two or all three please put an application in.  Thank you
