Albert is the biggest love bug ever! He wants nothing more than to just be with his people!  He would love to have an owner who is retired or works from home, just because he loves being by his people! He also loves to ride in the car and has been good with dogs of all sizes. He has free roam of the house and does not have any accidents:)

Albert was found by one of our long-time volunteers. He was standing, scared as can be, in the middle of an intersection and about to run into traffic. When the volunteer approached him, Albert was very submissive and flopped right over on his back.

When we got Albert to the center, we could not believe our eyes. He looked like a walking skeleton. We got him into a bath right away, where he could not stop kissing us while we washed the dirt and bugs off of him. He is unbelievably trusting and incredibly sweet.

Albert is Heartworm Positive, but don't let this stop you from adopting a fabulous dog!  At the time of adoption you will be supplied with literature regarding our slow kill method.
