Itsy-Bitsy was owner surrendered to a high kill shelter.   Her owners were not able to care for her.  When they received her she was in poor condition, emaciated/anemic.  She is litter boxed trained and is curious about the other kittens running around.   If you are interested in Itsy-Bitsy please put an application in.
