When Champa got lost, he ended up in a high kill shelter. The employees were able to locate his owner, but unfortunately, they did not want to take him back.  Champa is very sweet and playful. No one knows what happened to this sweet boy but when he was caught he had a broken tail. Despite what happened, he is still very loving and friendly; Champa would be so grateful to have a safe home and a family to love him forever!
