PHOEBE IS SUCH A LOVE. She loves to be rubbed all over. She seeks affection.
After being adopted from Pet Rescue by Judy and living in a home for 2 years Phoebe found herself dropped off at a county shelter. Through her microchip, they were able to trace her back to PRBJ. The shelter called Judy to alert her and she left immediately to pick Phoebe up. So once again Phoebe finds herself back at PRBJ looking and hoping for a forever home.
Pheobe was brought in by a nice lady who found her as a stray and started feeding her. Soon after she realized her tummy was growing and it wasn't because of the food... She brought her to us and Miss Pheobe gave birth to three healthy babies the very next morning! She was such a good mommy that after her babies were a couple of days old she happily took on an orphan one day old kitten and raised him as her own.
Now that Pheobe is done being a mom she is ready for a life of her own! She is shy until you get down on her level and she does flinch when you reach for her but once she realizes you're going to give her love she turns into a lovebug. We think that a home with another independant cat would be best for her.
