Description: Look at the eyes on Cannon -- aren't they beautiful! One is blue, the other is greenish brown. Wow! Cannon was adopted from us as a puppy but now, due to a change in his family's situation, he is in need of a new home. We aren't thrilled about his ears ~ when he left us, they were floppy, but his owners had them cropped because he developed fatty tumors on them. Ouch! But the vet felt that was the best way to prevent them from reocurring or, worse yet, affecting his hearing. Cannon has obviously been loved and cared for ~ he is sweet, even tempered, and well trained. You see the photo of him in his crate? That's because he considers his crate his house. His owners kept him in it when they were at work (all you have to say is, "House Time!" and he goes right in), but he loves it so much that he could frequently be found lounging in it with the door wide open. They also taught him how to sit, shake, speak, down, roll over, wait and stay. And catch this ~ Cannon doesn't get on the furniture except for one chair that was given to hm. In my house, we have to move the pets if we want to sit down!
Let's see.... what else did Cannon's owners share with us... "He eats twice daily... Once at 7:30 - 8 a.m. & then again at 6 p.m. He eats PEDIGREE DRY food only canned food does not set well with Cannon he has a sensitive stomach to canned food & chewy type treats. We only feed him DRY food & Dry treats. He does NOT get any "table scraps or food". He does LOVE ICE CUBES though. The vet said it is good for keeping his teeth clean also. Cannon knows all his comands. SIT, SHAKE, SPEAK, DOWN & ROLL OVER. He also knows WAIT & STAY. He also plays FETCH. He likes to go to the Dog Park & to go for rides in the car. He is OK with cats (a little curious but ok) He does needs to be an ONLY DOG! He is ok out on walks, at the dog park etc ...... but in the household needs to be the "only" dog. Likes kids but best if they are OVER 10 yrs .... would not suggest small children."
Can I say it again? Wow! Cannon is a wonderful dog, well trained and beautiful. What more could you ask for!?!
