A women calls the shelter to tell us she is homeless and walking around with her cat trying to find a place for him that is no kill.   We took her information as to where she was and Judy went out to get the cat.  She signed the cat over to PRBJ.  The cats name is Joey.  Joey is beautiful but very scared right now.   This poor cat has all 4 paw's declawed.   He is 4 years old.  His behavior now, due to being so scared, will not allow us to let him go to a home with children.   Once he gets more comfortable we hope to change that.   If you are interested in Joey to foster/adopt please put an application in.
