Astro was brought to PRBJ because  he did not get along with the other dog in the home. Below is a message from his owner:

Meet Astro ! His favorite thing in the whole world is playing fetch. He's an active dog who loves long walks/runs and car rides. He would do best in a home with a large fenced yard because he is a playful boy. On the flip side, he's always up for a good Netflix binge session (as long as you throw his ball between episodes)

He's been  known to take a nose dive into the trash every now and then and will do almost anything for a treat. He's kennel trained, and knows to go to his kennel when you grab your purse or jacket... for the price of a treat, that is! He's also  a great  watchdog and will let you know if somethings not right with a bark or two.

Astro is up-to-date on all shots and is heartworm negative, and is overall a healthy pup. HEs about 50 pounds and knos basic commands, He is a fast learner and is very food/treat motivated. He is looking for a home with no other dogs. He is fabulous with cats and loves all people.
