Hi I'm Rooney! I was being neglected by my previous owner for who knows how long, when a neighbor close by found me tied up to a pole and asked my owner to surrender me because I wasn't being cared for properly. The lady that found me took me to Seminole County Animal Service and ran into Judy. After hearing my story and seeing my handsome face Judy couldn't say no. I have since then been recieving lots of love and tender care.
