01/29/2018: UPDATES FROM MISSY'S WEEKEND WITH FOSTER:
Missy is the sweetest pup. She is not aggressive toward humans at all. She is amazing and we love her so much but as we spent more time together and started falling in love with her, she become very possessive of me and won't let our other dog come close to me. Even if Missy is not sitting near me at all. While she gets along great with our dog if I am not home or they are running around outside, she might be better suited in a single dog home so she doesn't have to share you.
I am devastated because we really wanted this to work out. She is so sweet, loves snuggles on the sofa, loves giving kisses, loves getting rubs and is a ball fanatic. She loves chewing them, chasing them and rolling them around. She is very well trained. She knows sit, heal, crate, out, leave it and drop it (really good for all the fetch games). She gets along great with my 4 year old twins and my cat. She is VERY active and needs a lot of time to run outside and go on walks. We enjoyed going on long walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch in the back yard and running around with the girls and our other dog outside. She walks VERY well on a leash. She LOVES to chew on toys. Make sure you get really tough ones because she will chew on them. She does not like the rain at all and will refuse to go outside. She is crate trained and housebroken. She will wait by the door to go potty and wait by the door to come inside. She is a very fast runner and LOVES a nice big fenced in backyard to play fetch. She is a true companion and will follow you around everywhere for company.
We love her and will miss her and hope that a nice family adopts her quickly. She definitely deserves it.
Thank you for the opportunity to foster this sweet dog and we cannot wait to find our perfect forever dog.
