Description:

Dingo was a stray and ended up in a high kill shelter, but our vet tech rescued him and he is now at Pet Rescue by Judy! Dingo does need some leash training, as he will pull and try to jump on you, but once corrected, he walks perfectly. He is good with most other dogs here at our rescue.

DOG 4 A DAY OUTING REPORTS:
OUTING #1: "Awesome morning with our adoptable buddy Dingo. Took him out for a run, a couple car rides, and some downtown exploration thanks to the Dog 4 A Day program at Pet Rescue by Judy. If you can think of someone who would want to come home to this smiling mug every day, go check him out! He's in Sanford, Florida. Very energetic, and awesome for an active lifestyle owner who has worked with stronger dogs."

OUTING #2: " We had a wonderful morning with Dingo , but had to return him early because it was just too hot to have him outside. He was still a very energetic and happy boy, and we all really enjoyed the day. We took him to the River Walk in Sanford, where he was very excited to greet people, and we ran him a bit on the grassy area by the marina to try and get some of that bundled up energy out. After that, we took him on a car ride (he really relaxes during a car ride) to downtown Winter Park, where we walked around to see how he would do in crowds or near outdoor restaurants and cars. I had to keep his leash short because he really likes to explore and tried to go in every store we passed, but he was just curious and wanting to explore and meet people. He got petted by a few people and was very well behaved around a couple of small children (one in a stroller). He also didn't try and run after any small animals like many dogs would, and was just content to wander around with us.  In the end, our takeaway was that he was full of energy and excitement, but being a larger dog would need an owner who could handle the strength of his pull and train him to walk on a leash a bit better. We think he could be a very good dog for someone who had the time to work with and train him, and would be a happy and loving companion to an active home. He does get hot easily, so I would also recommend that owners bring extra water with them on adventures.  I've included some of the photos we took of him, but don't have a lot of action shots because he was so excited to be out that we couldn't get him to sit still. :)"
