DOG FOR A DAY UPDATE 12/30/18: Liberty went out for our Dog for a Day program with a family to downtown Sanford. Here is what they had to say  "Liberty did awesome in the car! We took him on a nice long walk and he was wonderful on the leash, listened to our commands, and was very sweet with our 9 year old son. He was very friendly and happy to meet every person and dog that came up to us. He has a lot of energy but he is not spastic. He seemed aloof/ somewhat disinterested in us, but we could see him warming up once he is settled into a home. Liberty is a very sweet, friendly, gentle boy."

DOG FOR A DAY 12/29/18: "We took Liberty to downtown Sanford and then over to Longwood. He was great riding in the car and friendly to everyone including children. He was a little challenging to walk (he could use some leash training!) Throughout the day he was very loving and affectionate, giving lots of cuddles. Overall, he is a great and loving dog."

UPDATE 12/17/18:  Unfortunately Liberty was surrendered back to Pet Rescue by Judy.   Liberty's owners was not able to care for him any longer.   She did tell us that Liberty is housetrained, likes dogs and cats, is good with children and enjoys taking a bath.    He is very playful and enjoys going for walks.  Liberty is available for fostering/adoption.

Liberty  is one lucky pup!  He is attending Camp Doglando from Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 21! This is a fabulous camp where kids train shelter dogs to get them ready for their new homes. 

They will learn loose leash walking, sit, stay, down, they will go swimming and on field trips to outdoor restaurants and more!  Dogs from PRBJ have gone to Camp Doglando for years and it is amazing how much they learn in a short period of time!

Liberty was surrendered to Pet Rescue by Judy after he was found as a stray in Seminole County.
