Shaggy was found wandering the streets and after holding him the proper stray time and contacting animal control, his owners never came. He was in horrible condition with fleas so bad it took 4 baths to deflea him and with a nice spa day consisting of a grooming he is one happy boy! He is very calm and good with other dogs.
