Camper Update:
"Tanner has mastered sit, loose leash walking and crate training. He is working on down and stay.
Tanner likes food, relaxing, running, getting massaged and playing with his tennis ball. He does not love other dogs and is selective on dogs he would want to interact with. Tanner would prefer a home where he is the only dog. He'd love a fenced yard to run around in. He does not like to swim. Tanner loves to cuddle anytime and he is very food motivated so training him is fun and easy.
Even though Tanner is a little older than other dogs at camp, he still runs around like a puppy and is always ready to go somewhere on a moment's notice. He is potty trained and is going to a great dog for his forever famiy."
Tanner is one lucky pup! He is attending Camp Doglando from Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 21! This is a fabulous camp where kids train shelter dogs to get them ready for their new homes.
They will learn loose leash walking, sit, stay, down, they will go swimming and on field trips to outdoor restaurants and more! Dogs from PRBJ have gone to Camp Doglando for years and it is amazing how much they learn in a short period of time!
Check out the Pet Rescue by Judy and University of Doglando facebook pages for camp updates and photos!

Camp Update: Tanner is doing so well at camp. Take a look at all his photos and you will see that he is having a blast! His camper, Rylan, reports that he is doing great learning to sit and stay in real life settings ~ he has learned so much! He would love to have a family who will play with him, take him on walks and love on him!
Rylan says Tanner loves affection, being petted and love and praise.
Tanner was owner surrendered to a high kill shelter. We were told that he is friendly with other dogs and with people. He is housetrained. He does like to get in garbage cans and it was advised that he is best with older children.
