We ask ourselves why????  This little guy was owner surrendered to high kill shelter.  He is so sweet and well behaved.  He loves being with people, being held and loves to play.   He appears crate trained, so we assume he will be housetrained. He does not care to be in a crate, he will cry to be with you.    Nieves does have a playgroup with our other little dogs and he is fine with them.
