Jester is a Labadoodle ~ a designer cross between a Lab and a Poodle. Would you believe we rescued him from a local kill shelter? Would you believe he was there for two months? Jester hadn't been adopted because when people would approach his crate, he'd cower in the back corner. The staff knew what a wonderful dog he was, that's why they didn't euthanize him, but time was waaaay up, so they asked one of our volunteers to take him. Did I mention what a soft touch our volunteers are? OK, this is no major sacrifice. This is a wonderful dog, easy to live with, easy to find a home for.
